退货与退款Returns & Refunds
30 天未使用退货
签收后 30 天内，可退回未使用的卡片并申请商品金额退款。未使用是指：卡片未写入任何 eSIM 配置文件、原包装完好并一并寄回、卡片本身没有明显使用痕迹。
已激活卡片
卡片一旦写入配置文件，即视为已激活。出于安全和卫生原因，已激活卡片不支持退货；如属于硬件故障，则按保修政策处理。
退货运费
除非退货是由我们造成，例如发错商品或到货损坏，否则退货运费由买家承担。
30-Day Unused Return
Unused cards may be returned within 30 days after delivery for a refund of the product amount. Unused means no eSIM profile has been written to the card, the original packaging is returned, and the card shows no visible signs of use.
Activated Cards
Once a profile has been written to a card, the card is considered activated and cannot be returned for security and hygiene reasons. Hardware faults are handled under the warranty policy.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as an incorrect item or damage on arrival.
